Yes — you can authorize us as your agent to take over your existing protest. We'll handle the hearing and evidence.
How do I cancel my appeal?
Email us anytime before TCAD issues a final determination. We'll withdraw your protest. No fee is owed.
Do you handle commercial properties?
For the 2026 season, we focus on residential properties only. Commercial is coming in 2027.
